Isollat-02 — reliable thermal insulation at the Ford plant in Turkey

Another successful project using ultra-thin liquid insulation Isollat-02 has been implemented at the Ford plant in Eskisehir, Turkey. Thermal insulation work was carried out in painting and drying chambers and heat treatment chambers — at facilities with increased requirements for temperature safety and process stability.

Based on a customized technical solution, the thermal insulation was applied without stopping the equipment and in a minimum amount of time. The use of an airless high-pressure sprayer ensured a perfectly smooth, durable, and aesthetic coating.

Isollat-02 not only helped to achieve a safe temperature regime, but also improved the appearance of the equipment. This solution made it possible to significantly increase the level of industrial safety and the efficiency of the production process.
