Isollat-effect 200 at Neftekhim plant

At the experimental plant “Neftekhim” in 2023 the project on thermal insulation of equipment with surface temperature up to 300 °C was successfully realized with the use of innovative combined coating “ Isollat-Effect 200”. Two years later, after field tests and subsequent monitoring of the condition of the insulation layer, it was decided to proceed to the second stage of testing - on an autoclave with a volume of 2 m³.

Insulation works were again performed using the same proven technology with the use of combined coating “ Isollat-effect 200”. The installation was carried out by two staff employees of the company, who were not specialized specialists, and took only two days.

The results of the work confirmed the high energy efficiency of the applied solution. The management of the plant expressed satisfaction with the quality of the insulation coating, promptness of work performance and achieved technical indicators.
