Pipeline Thermal Insulation Project in Iran Using the “Isollat-Effect” Technology

Isollat coatings continue to confidently prove their effectiveness in real industrial conditions and expand their international presence. Another confirmation of this is the successfully implemented project for thermal insulation of an oil pipeline in Iran, carried out using the combined “Isollat-Effect” scheme with the participation of official dealers.
A Modern Approach to Pipeline Thermal Insulation
The project is being implemented on one of the operating oil pipelines used in difficult climatic conditions — with high temperatures, pressure fluctuations, and an aggressive external environment. The specialists faced the following tasks:
- reduce heat loss;
- increase the energy efficiency of oil transportation;
- provide long-term protection of metal structures against corrosion.
To solve these tasks, the combined “Isollat-Effect” scheme was chosen, combining liquid-ceramic thermal insulation with traditional protection methods, which made it possible to achieve maximum technical and economic results.
Official Dealers — A Guarantee of Quality
All work is carried out by official Isollat dealers who have completed certification and technical training. This guarantees:
- strict compliance with the application technology;
- proper surface preparation;
- control of coating thickness;
- compliance with design and operational requirements.
Only original Isollat materials supplied directly through dealer channels are used.
Practical Results of the Project
Even at the current stage of operation, the following key advantages have been recorded:
- significant reduction of heat loss on the pipeline;
- stable temperature regime of the transported product;
- complete absence of condensation on the surface;
- protection against corrosion and atmospheric influences;
- reduction of maintenance and repair costs.
Clients note the high speed of work, minimal technological downtime, and a pronounced economic effect already in the first operational period.
Customer Trust and Project Development
The project has received positive feedback from the customer, which has become the basis for further expansion of the scope of work. New sections of the oil transportation infrastructure are currently being considered for subsequent application of the “Isollat-Effect” technology.
