The first use of Isollat in Indonesia

In June 2025, a pilot project was completed for the application of Isollat thermal insulation coatings at a geothermal power plant located in the highlands of Central Java, Indonesia.

The project involved the insulation of high-temperature steam pipelines operating in humid conditions, exposed to sulfuric gases, and at risk of corrosion under the insulation. The Isollat liquid thermal insulation coating demonstrated stable performance characteristics, including high thermal resistance, effective corrosion protection, and ease of application. Thanks to the coating's unique properties, it was possible to provide stable protection for the equipment and achieve the required temperature parameters specified in the technical specifications.

Based on the test results, the management and technical staff of the power plant highly appreciated the application results and expressed their interest in further cooperation.
