Thermal insulation of housing buildings facades with Isollat-01 in Astrakhan

Within the framework of the program of renovation and capital repair of the housing stock of Astrakhan, the first stage of works on thermal insulation of facades with the use of innovative material - liquid-ceramic coating Isollat-01 was completed.

This coating is used for insulation of apartment buildings, provides effective protection against heat loss and unfavorable climatic factors typical for southern regions. Due to the technology of ultra-thin application, Isollat-01 demonstrates high thermal insulation characteristics without weighing down structures and without the need to dismantle existing finishing layers. The product is characterized by high adhesion, resistance to ultraviolet radiation, environmental friendliness, possibility of tinting and service life of more than 15 years.

"Isollat-01 is a modern complex solution combining thermal insulation, moisture protection and resistance to external influences. In the climate of Astrakhan it is especially important to prevent overheating of buildings in summer and keep warm in winter. The applied coating effectively solves both tasks", - commented the representative of the contracting organization.

All works are carried out in accordance with the regulations of the Capital Repair Fund and the requirements of the regional program to improve the energy efficiency of the housing stock. 

The use of such energy-efficient solutions allows not only to reduce the cost of utility resources, but also contributes to improving the appearance of urban buildings.
